Product description
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, variations may exist. Images, although based on samples of each product we sell, are provided for illustrative purposes only. Natural variations from one batch to the next may occur without affecting product quality.

Delivery
Delivery charges
Delivery costs are indicated during the order process. They depend on the destination and weight of the order. For all orders over 40 euros, we offer free delivery.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are provided for information only. We undertake to dispatch your order the next working day or the same day if the order is placed before 1pm (UTC+1). All our teas for sale on the site are in stock and ready to be dispatched, with the exception of accessories, for which we allow a maximum of 72 hours if the item is not in stock. Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal period
In accordance with European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, except for products excluded from the right of withdrawal (see our Returns and Refunds Policy).
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Opened bags are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with European legislation.

Limitation of liability
Bird of Paradise shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages resulting from the use of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about any contraindications to the use of the tea due to medication or a particular medical condition.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on our website.
