Free delivery on orders over €50 for mainland Portugal and peninsular Spain, €100 for all other destinations
If your item is in stock:
Packages are generally dispatched the same day (if paid by credit card, Paypal or MB Way) for orders placed before 1:00 pm. Packages are dispatched via CTT for either next-day or 48-hour delivery. This service is also available for certain destinations in Europe. Depending on the destination, we may use other carriers like DPD, UPS. Whichever delivery method you choose, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. From this moment on, you will find the status of your order and a link to track your parcel online.
If your item is out of stock, we will produce it within 3 working days. Your item will be shipped as soon as it’s ready.
Boxes are the right size and your items are properly protected. Nevertheless, should you receive a damaged or incomplete parcel or with products that have been damaged in transit, we ask you to make a receipt with reservations to the carrier. Please note that the delivery person is obliged to stay until you have checked the condition of the parcel. If in doubt, notify the carrier in writing of your reservations, mentioning the condition of the package. Without this information, we may not be able to issue a refund.
The exact shipping costs for your order are calculated automatically in the order summary. They are linked to your shipping location, as well as to the number and weight of items in your basket. Please contact us if your shipping location is not included. We will send you a quote for the shipment.

- Portugal Azores and Madeira from €10.28 (48h by sea freight), €15.05 for the next day (by air), home delivery or relay point.
- Spain (peninsula) €4.99 next day, home delivery or relay point
- Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg: €9.99 at home or in a relay point
- United Kingdom: €19.99 at home or in a relay point
